[KnB]Homework [K.Taiga x Reader]

Homework. Ah, why do they even exist?

Kagami had called you to discuss about the homework you guys had and before the both of you knew it, you guys were far from discussing about what you two were supposed to be doing in the first place.

However, you were clearly enjoying the aimless conversation and so was he. Tucking a strand of your [h/c] hair behind your ear,  you laughed as he said another joke.

You knew he was just trying to avoid starting on his homework, so he just continued to keep up the conversation. Jokes after jokes, you were laughing and clutching your stomach, which was hurting from all the laughing.

 "Damn it...Taiga. Stop this!!" you joked, trying to catch your breath as you calmed yourself and he just responded with a laugh.

Slowly and slowly, you knew the conversation was going to come to an end and you knew you would have to start on your homework soon. Glancing at the clock, you realized that if you don't start on your work, you might not finish it on time and so, you started scribbling on your exercise book, working on the first question.

But, a certain tiger would not let that happen. "Hoi, [f/n]. Are you listening?" he asked, trying to get your attention back, which worked when you snapped, "Nope. What is it?"

"Oh." he paused for a moment. You swore you could feel him smirking. "It's nothing much."

"Really?" you asked.

"Yep."

There was a moment of silence between the two of you and then, he asked, "So...What are you wearing?" Caught off guard, you started choking and sputtering. Your face heating up at what he just asked.

"Taiga...." you growled.

"Hmmmm?" He was obviously grinning, happy at the reaction he got from you.

"You did not just ask what I was wearing, Taiga."

"Did I not?" he questioned, innocently.

"You're an ass." You retorted in English and that was when an idea struck you.

"Not."

"Are." The bantering went on for a while until you decided it was time to strike back.

"Am not." he snorted, though his smirk still plastered on his oh-so-damn-effing-handsome face.

Smiling to yourself, you twirled your pencil in your fingers. "Oh yes, you are, " you said and before he could reply, you continued, "And, by the way, I wasn't wearing anything."

"..." You don't have to be next to him to know that he became a blushing mess. Maybe worse than how you were when he started the What-are-you-wearing joke. "W-Whut?! Y-you're n-naked?!"

"Joking." You stuck your tongue out at no one. Grinning, you asked, "I hope you didn't let your mind  wander too far, Taiga." You chuckled.

But, you were answered by a silence. You called his name. Not once. Not twice. But, still no reply. "Okay...Where did he go?" you hummed while twirling your pencil. A frown appearing on your face.

Then, you could hear someone banging on your apartment door.

"Oh...shyt." You mentally cursed yourself. Getting up, you exited your room and headed to the front door.

You peeked through the peephole and of course, the red-head you were talking to minutes ago was standing outside your apartment room. And the fact that his face was the same shade as his hair didn't escape you.

"Hoi. I know you're in there. Open the door!" He shouted, kicking the door, which totally surprised the you who was behind the very same door.

It then hit you that he was going to repeat his actions until you open the door.

Nope. Not going to happen. He's going to annoy all the neighbors.

Opening the door, you flashed him a smile, "Why, hello there, Mr. Kagami." You spoke in an foreigner accent speaking in Japanese, "How can I help you?"

Without replying you, he stormed into your apartment and into each room, apparently searching for something.

"What are you finding for?" you shouted as he went into your bedroom and flipped your covers.

"Where the hell is he!!" was what you got.

You were totally dumbfounded. You frowned, "What? Who?"

"Don't fake innocent!! I know he's here!" he continued, opening your bathroom door and entering to search for this 'he'.

Propping your chin on your arm and  elbow resting on the kitchen counter, you stared at the direction of the bathroom. "I have no idea what you're crapping, Taiga."

"The guy who made you strip!!"

Ah. So, that was what he was shytting about. Damn it, and I thought that a criminal had broke into the apartment.

"There's no such guy, Bakagami. Do I look like I am naked and why is it a 'he'? Can't it be a girl?"

 This conversation was ridiculous and stupid.

"Oi! Don't call me Bakag- Wait!! But, you said you were wearing nothing." He came out from your bathroom.

Heaving a sigh, you told him, "I was just joking, you idiot. You should have listen to me first before stampeding into my apartment like a gorilla. I know you just live in the room across mine, but..." You sighed again and shook your head.

"B-but..." Realizing what he did, his face went back to being the colour of a tomato or maybe darker.

"Now, time to get back to your room, Mr. Kagami." you stated and pushed him towards the entrance. "And finish your homework. You're going to get from the teacher if you don't start soon."

That was when he stood rooted to the ground. No matter how much strength you put, he won't budge.

Damn him.

"Don't close the door. I'll be right back." he muttered before going into his room, which was opposite of yours.

"What now?" you mused, tapping your feet on the floor as you waited for him.

And you have no idea why you followed his orders. In few seconds, he came back with his bag.

"Right. He want me to help him..." you thought. And thus, began your homework-completing session with the red tiger.

Homework. At least, things ended well?
