But, for seventeen-year old Sawada [F/n], daughter of the Vongola Decimo, she just want to shoot the next person who tells her she looks beautiful in her wedding dress.

She sighed as she looked at herself in the mirror of the dressing room. True enough it was her dream to say the sacred vow but, to someone she truly love, not someone she see only as a close friend.

I will never pass for a perfect bride, or a perfect daughter.

Her close friend from an allied famiglia had proposed to her out of nowhere and she couldn't say no. She couldn't tell them that she had a person whom she fell in love with. A person whom she shouldn't fall for.

Many times she asked herself, if she’s not her papa’s daughter, will she be able to marry the person she loves?

Can it be, I’m not meant to play this part?

She had always hated etiquette lessons and preferred sparring, which she had always done it with the man whom she loves. Her sparring partner. Her father’s strongest guardian.

He was merciless. Dangerous. But, that was one part of him that she had come to adore.

Now I see, that if I were truly to be myself.

If she had say no, what would happen to her relationship with her papa? The relationship between the two famiglia? And her relationship with her close friend when he knew the real her?

I would break my family’s heart.

Touching the mirror with her fingers covered  in white satin gloves, she observed the person in the mirror.

She was wearing a magnificent  white wedding dress with hues of orange. A diamond necklace and a tiara with gems in her caramel hair, fit for a princess.

"No..I’m not a princess.." No matter how her famiglia deem her to be. She don’t deserve to be the princess they adore. She just want to be a girl whom is free to be who she really am and a girl who can be with the man she desired, with no one to tell her what to do.

Who is that girl I see staring straight back at me?

Glittering sunset eye shadow. Rosy cheeks. Peach coloured lips. All the cosmetics used and she can no longer recognize herself.

"Who are you?" she breathed, a tear escaped from her brown orb and smearing her makeup. She don’t care and she will not.

Why is my reflection someone I don’t know?

Removing one of her satin gloves and wearing her black leather gloves, she transformed it to her combat gloves and allowed her sky flame to burn freely like how she longed for.

Somehow I cannot hide who I am.

Her father had always told her to act ladylike in public and let her guardians protect her if danger approached. But, she was starting to get sick of resisting the temptation of defending herself whenever there was an assault.

Though I've tried.

"Heck no…I’m fed up with hiding.." she whispered. She took out her gun from its holster strapped to her thigh and slammed it on the vanity desk. She no longer cared about her language or actions.

Leaning against the mirror and sliding downwards, she hugged her knees and sobbed.  ”Why can’t I be..”

When will my reflection show?

How she truly yearns to let her dying will ignite with glory and without having to be afraid of being a disgrace to anyone.  To protect her family and loved ones.
